The CPN Action Plan has now reached a stage that cannot be stopped.

The geopolitical/financial/economic situation has changed dramaticaly over the past few days and this has improved the status of CPN Blockchain because science and technology are based on the rules of nature, not man-made 'rules based order'.
The balance of power is presently based on cashflow in US Dollars as the international reserve currency in which international trade is settled through the BIS in Switzerland. SDR (Specia Drawing Rights) are the tokens of value issued to settle deals in international trade and the system has been deliberately complicated to exclude most people in most nations.
However, China forced it's way in by manufacturing and economic growth that could not be ignored and partnered with Russia is now the dominant power in the world, together with BRICS+ and most of the global south.
The old empires have imploded and wars no longer dominate politics because oil is necessary to run a war and Russia is energy independent and Saudi Arabia has joined BRICS.
The USA is pretending to be exporting oil and gas but is still importing 8 Million Barrels per day from Saudi and 3.5 Million barrels from Basra Iraq.
Fracking in the Permian Basin is an illusion as the energy required is only recovered in a year and the well needs workover every 18 months .... therefore in cashlow terms it is a loser even if the price is over 100 dollars per barrel... 18 months of work for 6 months of profit.
Easy oil and gas are available in the BRICS and global south at 30 dollars a barrel.
Oil, gas and water are transported from source to end user most efficiently and securely through pipelines and corrosion is the biggest cause of pipeline failure.
CPN Blockchain is the only organisation that exclusively applies the scientific method to all our activities and can demonstrate the control of corrosion to clients.

The CPN Blockchain now has a total of 31 'Owned' Blocks because Special Coordinators have each received a Block for themselves and two Blocks to sell to identifiable individuals who have assets of intellectual property that is included in the CPN Blockchain or positions of power to influence the progress of the CPN Blockchain.
I have supplied 4 coordinators with laptops at approximately £300 each. I still have 69 Blocks available and have set an initial value of £100 (or equivalent) for each Block making CPN Blockchain worth £10,000 as an Intellectual Property Asset.
Each Block is a library of information and data that enables the owner to structure a team that can control corrosion to networks of pipelines and facilities using the scientific method to engineer the construction, commissioning and maintenance of corrosion control systems.

We are all ruled by the universal laws of the universe (that are being codified in science) and corrosion is an electrochemical reaction between metal and a chemical involving ENERGY that we can control. Technology that is used in computer manufacture and battery energy storage is highly developed and exact so CPN Blockchain Protocol is governed by science and not by any man-made laws.
Each Block is the same on each keyring USB Memory but each has it's own identity that is set by the purchaser/owner by marking the unique picture that is the key to get into the data. When a new owner receives a keyring it must be plugged into a computer that is NOT ON LINE OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY TO THE INTERNET OR ANY NETWORK so that it cannot be accessed or corrupted or hacked. The whole of the content can then be copied to a folder labelled CPN Blockchain and the keyring ejected. The keyring must be securley stored as it is very valuable.
We are now creating a job description for each activity within the structure of Cathodic Protection Network Blockchain starting with that of a paid coordinator. This is under discussion and the minutes of the recent meeting between Alina and me will be posted by Alina
